What if a simple instrument could help you reduce stress and regain your daily balance?
I discovered this tool out of curiosity and by pure chance…
Never imagining how deeply it would transform the way I work and live ✨.
In Europe, I worked as an architect.
I loved the variety of projects and the challenge of finding the best solutions 🤩.
During a training in environmental psychology (Feng Shui), a colleague invited me to her home, where I literally “landed” in a huge Tibetan singing bowl!
She gently made it resonate… and unknowingly, a new chapter of my life was beginning 💫.
Later, I discovered the Peter Hess sound methods, which combine the ancient wisdom of sound with modern knowledge—supported by scientific research conducted in Germany since the 1980s.
I trained and became certified at the Peter Hess Institute.
This practice didn’t just bring well-being to my clients—it transformed me as well.
The vibrations helped me dissolve the chronic stress I had accumulated during the long wait for our Canadian work permit 🇨🇦.
And it went even further…
The year I practiced both architecture and sound massage was the most fulfilling of my career.
I felt centered, creative, and effective, while still able to let go when needed.
Even family life became calmer and more harmonious (which is never easy with kids and husbands 😄).
A few years later, once I settled in Montreal, I incorporated sound self-care into my daily routine.
It was then that I truly understood how it helps release tension—both ours and others’—soothe the mind, and maintain balance day after day 🌺.
Today, I invite you to an evening to discover sound therapy, explore sound self-care on your own, and enjoy a guided relaxation session from the comfort of your home 🏡✨.
