BASIC Self-Care Package
This package includes SELF-CARE trainning I and II (online) with the Self-Care Kit (universal therapeutic Tibetan bowl with protective cover, single hard mallet, and double soft mallet).

DELIVERY
If the item is shipped by Canada Post (standard delivery with insurance for items over $100), Petra Canart will contact you to schedule a 30-minute Zoom meeting to help you choose the bowl that suits you best among the available options.
You can also choose and pick up your item at Relaxation Montréal, at 2176 Cuvillier Street in Montréal, by appointment.
