Vous choisirez votre bol lors d’une rencontre Zoom avec Petra, et la formation débutera dès la réception de votre kit par la poste.

This package includes SELF-CARE trainning I and II (online) with the Self-Care Kit (universal therapeutic Tibetan bowl with protective cover, single hard mallet, and double soft mallet).
You will choose your bowl during a Zoom meeting with Petra, and the training will begin as soon as you receive your kit by mail.
